1. Introduction

Welcome to Reeboot. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our WhatsApp AI automation services provided by Reeboot ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Description

Reeboot provides WhatsApp Business API automation services including but not limited to:

• AI-powered customer support automation
• Sales automation and order processing
• Digital marketing automation
• Custom integrations with existing business systems

3. Service Plans and Pricing

3.1 Subscription Plans

• Starter: ₹15,000/month (up to 1,000 messages/month)
• Growth: ₹35,000/month (up to 10,000 messages/month)
• Pro: ₹75,000/month (up to 50,000 messages/month)
• Enterprise: Custom pricing

3.2 Additional Charges

Extra messages beyond plan limits are charged at ₹1,600 per 1,000 messages. All prices exclude GST as applicable.

4. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Payments must be made within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

5. Service Level Agreement

• 99.9% uptime guarantee
• 24/7 technical support
• Setup completion within 48 hours
• Response time for critical issues: 15 minutes

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with WhatsApp Business API terms and policies
• Provide accurate business information
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful activities
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials

7. Data Security and Privacy

We implement enterprise-grade security measures. After setup completion, you maintain full control and ownership of your customer data. We do not access or store your customer conversations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the monthly subscription fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain all your data and we cease access to your systems.
