Terms & Condition

In this terms and conditions document, the “we” and “us” are individually and collectively refer to reeboot.in (and by default its legal entity INFINIDEA TECHNOLOGIES AND SOLUTIONS PVT LTD). By using services provided by reeboot.in, you are entering into a contract with us. Below are the terms set out our obligations to you and what you are agreeing to.

Important Note: You are responsible for making sure that you have backed up all data on your computer / laptop before we access your system except in the case you take our services for the purpose of 'Data Backup and Data Recovery'. Also, reeboot.in will not be responsible for any loss of data, information, images or programs on your device if it is not backed up by you with exception mentioned above. 

Computer Repair Service

PC Healthcheck

For diagnosis only and the install of updates to the operating system (OS) with suggested security patches and service packs, cleaning of the PC as well as  basic housekeeping tasks. reeboot.in will advise you of these faults and any work and or parts needed to rectify the fault(s) in case any issues are found while doing the healthcheck. If you need us to fix these faults, then further repair charges and device parts costs will apply.

Workplace Repair Service

All repairs and upgrades related to your device will be done to the direction of the issues described on the "Check in Receipt" that will be issued on receipt of the machine to be fixed. It's your responsibility to describe all issues you wish to repair when filling out the "check in receipt". This is because no other faults or issue will be repaired unless you are obvious to our engineers and this stays at our discretion. On the other hand, a health check (PCNCT) will be charged in addition to the repair costs if you wish for further issues to be looked for other than what is described on the check in receipt.

Onsite Repair Service

All repairs or upgrades related to your PC or laptop will be accomplished to the direction of the fault(s) described verbally by you on our engineers arrival. It's your responsibility to advise the engineer of all issues that need attention. But, the engineer will advise if he found further faults. Also, you agree to provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel this appointment by making an on-site appointment with reeboot.in to visit for the purposes of computer or laptop services. Keep in mind that we will charge a margin of one hour on-site labour charge to cover costs, etc. if no attempt to contact us has been made from your side.

Remote Repair

There are some issues or faults, which are not able to be resolved remotely, but we will use sensible amounts of skill and care to resolve issues you have requested us to do. Maybe, it is essential for your computer or laptop equipment to be delivered to our workshop to resolve your issues. However, we will talk about all available options at the time of the remote repair session.

Virus & Malware  Removal

We run different products to detect and aid removal of infections and further more, use our experience to remove some threats manually. viruses can re-infect the machine in rare cases, as they have inbuilt stealth capabilities to avoid detection. Because of this, we cannot fully guarantee that the infected computer is 100% clean.

Repair Service Cancellations

To fully diagnose and repair your computer or laptop can It can take many hours, and often we need to buy parts that are needed for your repair. So, at any time you decide to cancel the repair, then you will be liable to make payment of any parts ordered for the repair and a calculation of the cost of labour to the maximum of the agreed quoted cost of PC repair will be charged. reeboot.in will not release any item back to you until payment is received in full.

Limited Warranty / Disclaimer

reeboot.in warrants that services will be performed in a decent way, and that all hardware equipment will be free from material defects for a certain day from the date the services were completed. Repair services are warranted for a certain period at the discretion of reeboot.in. If you have a warranty claim for services performed, then contact us within the 7 day period for the Services, we may provide the services to remedy the issue at no additional cost to you. Keep in mind that NO warranty for removal of viruses, spyware, malware or adware, if they are the cause of a repeat effort, you will be charged for that service again. Supplementary parts having warranty by Original Equipment Manifacturer will be entertained as provided by the OEM. Parts provided by reeboot.in will carry specific warranty as specified on the part by reeboot.in. Repair by reeboot would carry warranty of 3 months. If the device is subjected to any harsh ambience like water spill, burning, shock etc., the warranty of all types would stand nullified.

Payment

You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as agree to pay all outstanding balances incurred by the commissioning the services of reeboot.in .  Also, payment is due on receipt unless otherwise agreed with us and can be Cash or Check or credit and debit cards.
